What types of custom products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of custom apparel including T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and more! We also offer custom signage including banners, step & repeat backdrops, yard signs, banner flags, etc. All items can be customized with your designs.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 24 pieces per design for screen printing, or 6 for full-color digital printing.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Our typical turnaround time is 7-10 business days after artwork approval. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, we offer rush services starting at a 25% fee for 5-day rush, 50% for a 3-day rush, 75% for a 48-hour rush. We also offer a 25% rush fee for any 1-color print needed within 48 hours!
What is your quote process?
For the smoothest and most accurate quote process, please fill out our Google quote form on our website located at the top right corner of the homepage. Can I see a sample before placing a large order?
Absolutely! We can provide a digital mockup for your approval before proceeding with the full order. Limited to 2 changes before charges apply. Extra mockup changes cost $25 each.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept most file formats, including PNG, JPEG, AI, and PDF. If you provide us with clean vectorized artwork, you will not be charged artwork fees!
Do you offer design services?
Yes, we have a team of designers who can help bring your ideas to life. Basic design services start at $90 and increases based on complexity of your project and how many hours it takes our art team to create your design.
What is the price for custom T-shirts?
Pricing varies based on the product, quantity, and customization. Our most affordable T-shirt starts at $11.84 for a 1-color chest print on 24 t-shirts before sales tax. We offer package deals and bulk discounts to help you save even more!
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

Changes CANNOT be made after placing your order. Please ensure that your order details are accurate before placing the order. Any changes that need to be made after your order is placed will be treated as a new order and priced accordingly.
